Our “Herd” is on the lookout for a Production Manager who’s detail-focused, reliable and motivated to join our growing organization. In this position, you will utilize your experience, leadership and communication skills to direct team members. You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines to produce quality creative assets in a cost-effective manner, while preserving a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service both to internal and external clients. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and direct the outsourced work of creative, digital, and printing vendor
  • Manage multiple brands, including messaging, design, and communication
  • Manage the execution of established Buffalo.Agency and BCG Marketing processes, policies and procedures
  • Contribute best practices and innovative ideas to the Agency Team and Marketing Team
  • Manage and lead the transition process for clients, clubs, including entries and exits
  • Plan and coordinate yearly revenue projections
  • Develop and maintain creative process, traffic list and design meetings
  • Communicate with Design Team, Directors and Marketing Associates via job management system, email, and phone
  • Research new methods/opportunities, and analyze and review data to create and improve creative, communication and enhance the Design teams service offerings to all clients
  • Present campaign ideas and budget to the clients and Marketing Associate Lead
  • Meet with the Design team, Directors, Associates and clients to prioritize jobs and to receive direction and feedback on work
  • Enhance and Support the development of our Inhouse Design Platform
  • Meet and liaise with internal and external point of contacts to discuss and identify budget opportunities, details and elements to assist in the creation of creative for marketing materials including, but not limited to: broadcast email, website/app content, social media, advertising, collateral materials, signage, and direct mail
  • Liaising with, and act as the link between, the Directors and the design team by maintaining regular contact with all parties throughout the entire feedback process, ensuring that communication flows effectively on details and campaigns
  • Ensure promotional materials are final and submitted to appropriate vendor (publication, printer, etc.) by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
  • Developing and writing client reports and reviews, and assisting in the development of client proposals
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as they relate to execution of proprietary tools and technology and strategies, including, but not limited to technical support, vendor relations and technology enhancements
  • Arranging and attending both regularly planned and impromptu meetings with key team member
  • Monitoring the effectiveness (ROI) and success of design service delivery, presenting project manpower overs and monitoring project projections
Requirements
  • 4 years’ work experience in marketing, advertising, communication or related operations area
  • 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity is a plus
  • Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices
  • Monitor and Track manpower hours for the design team to estimate costs and follow budgets
  • Resolve any issues; handle creative maintenance work when necessary
  • Meet and exceed all customer service requirements
  • Focus on attention to detail and follow client and corporate style guidelines.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in an agency, marketing or creative environment
  • Computer proficiency, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess excellent writing, proofreading, and interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Is organized, customer-focused, reliable and creative.
  • Proactive and coachable in all aspects of the position
  • Video and Photography experience is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Oversee production schedule; assign and oversee all Creative projects
  • Knowledge of and passion for the game of golf.
